The actual helicopter experience was excellent. Our only issue was lack of communication between tour company and us. We were booked on an afternoon flight and only by double checking for ourselves we were informed we should have been on a mid-morning flight unbeknown to us, which meant a frantic rush and holding up other guests. Otherwise it truly was an excellent experience and would do again.

My husband and myself absolutely loved it. The pilot was excellent and his knowledge extensive. Both the volcano and valley sections of the tour are a must to see the full diversity of this beautiful island.

This was my first helicopter ride, and it was the most awesome experience I have had in a long time. The pilot was exceptional and made the tour of the island great!! I would definitely do it again.

This was an absolutely fantastic tour! The pilot was great and the trip was amazing. We got a really good overview of the whole island and it made us appreciate the vast difference in landscape between the different parts of the island. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone and I would take it again. The price is well worth it.

What a great way to see the "BIG ISLAND" without the car travel time. This was especially true for my 83 y.o mother that had knee surgery and getting in and out of the car has become more difficult. Our 4 generation vacation became a memorable time with the helicopter tour.

To little room. Windows were too small because of the open area. The pilot spoke Japanese with the Japanese guests. He didn't translate it to the rest of us. The departure was delayed because of some weather conditions. Briefing normally held in the shack, but because of the delay it was held in the helicopter resulting in we couldn't hear the half of it.
