Description
Experience an incredible open-air ride on our Rigid Hull Inflatable Zodiac vessels! Powered by twin outboard motors, they are quick-moving and highly maneuverable.
Our rafts are perfect for exploring the shallow coves, sea caves and lava tubes located along this coastline. Passengers sit on the side pontoons and each boat holds up to 16 passengers.
Our rafting adventure begins with a ride out to Kealakekua Bay where you will experience some of the best snorkeling on Hawaii! The best part - all your snorkel equipment and instruction provided!
We cover approximately 14 miles of the Kona Coast. Learn about the geology of the island as you venture into sea caves and past lava tubes. Don't forget to munch on snacks and beverages while we float!
Our captains provide descriptive narration of the terrain, undersea life and all of the fascinating sites along the way! Keep your eyes open for Spinner Dolphins and Humpback Whales!

Remember the Kona Coast has the calmest waters and the Zodiac is the least likely boat to cause seasickness. Due to the bouncy nature of our ride, we do not recommend it for persons with back or neck problems or the elderly. Pregnant women are not allowed on this tour.
Tropical snacks may include fruit such as fresh pineapple, snack foods, cookies and an assortment of refreshing beverages (soda, juice & water).

I reckon this was a great investment.
As soon as we got on the zodiac, a turtle swam past. Then on the way down to the bay we saw two pods of dolphins swimming around, some getting within meters of the boat. The snorkeling was easy, with plenty to see. The bay includes the memorial to Captain Cook.
Our guides were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Good way to get in the water and see the marine life Kona has to offer.
