Our Interisland Air Carriers will deny boarding if the passenger's legal name, as shown on their valid, government-issued ID, does not match the name on their Voucher. This is a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and FAA requirement. Air Carriers proven to be non-compliant are subject to severe penalties; thus, there is no flexibility with this policy.

You will be REQUIRED to show a picture ID to board the plane. Passengers denied boarding due to their lack of proper identification will be subject to a 100% no-show cancellation penalty.

Please Note:

Air travelers may now carry liquids, gels & aerosols in their carry-on bag when going through security checkpoints. With certain exceptions for prescription and over-the-counter medicines, baby formula/breast milk & other essential liquids, gels & aerosols, the following rules apply to all liquids, gels & aerosols you want to carry through a security checkpoint.

Make Your Trip Better Using 3-1-1
3–1–1 for carry-ons = 3 ounce bottle or less; 1 quart-sized, clear, plastic, zip-top bag; 1 bag per passenger placed in screening bin. One-quart bag per person limits the total liquid volume each traveler can bring. 3 oz. container size is a security measure.

Consolidate bottles into one bag and X-ray separately to speed screening. Be prepared. Each time TSA searches a carry-on it slows down the line. Practicing 3-1-1 will ensure a faster and easier checkpoint experience.

Declare larger liquids. Prescription medications, baby formula & milk are allowed in quantities exceeding three ounces and are not required to be in the zip-top bag. Declare these items for inspection at the checkpoint.

We left our villa at 4:45 a.m. to head to the airport. Small issue with a mispelling of our name. Landed at the Honolulu airport and our party was left off of the pick-up list, so there was not a bus to take us on the tour. Other members of the group canceled their tour and explored the island on their own. After an hour delay, we were picked up by a bus and taken to meet another bus for the tour. Then we had to make several other stops to pick up more passengers. Very small group of nine people on the excursion. The bus driver was very knowledgeable, personable, and an asset to the tour. Stops along the way were interesting. The quality of the buffet food was below average. Only able to visit about half of the villages in the time allotted. I'm not sure what happened to the college tour and we weren't given any information on it. Stops on the way home were tedious. We had another two hour wait for our plane to take off and landed at Kona at 8:10 p.m. as scheduled. We arrived back very hot, tired, and hungry. My first visit to the Polynesian Cultural Center several years ago was a highlight of my trip. This tour was the low point of our visit to Hawaii.
