Description
Have you ever wondered what the reef looks like, but you really don't want to get your head wet? Well, we have the solution - our Glass Bottom Boat. Step onboard and explore the reef at Anaeho'omalu Bay.
At 26 feet, the Glass Bottom Boat is USCG certified to carry 19 passengers and two crew members. With 6 large glass windows totaling over 40 square feet of viewing area surrounded by comfortable bench seats, everyone aboard is assured a great view of the fish and turtles below.
Our captains will help identify the creatures below, sharing their knowledge of the reef and its inhabitants. But the highlight is the turtle "cleaning station." This is a coral head in the middle of the bay where every day, the endangered green sea turtles congregate.
Don't miss your chance to explore the mysteries of the deep without getting wet. This tour is perfect for those traveling with young children or for adults who aren't interested in snorkeling.

Anaeho'omalu Bay is protected from tropical fish collectors by the State of Hawaii, so you'll encounter an incredible variety of fish species & acres of healthy coral.

We hade a wonderful informative trip on the boat. The staff at the ticket counter was extremely helpful and actually let us go on an earlier boat as we got there early. Our boat captain and assistant were interesting and went out of their way to answer our questions and make sure that we saw as much sealife as possible. We were lucky and there were a lot of turtles out on our trip. Would definitely recommend this to all who were considering going on a Glass Bottom Boat Tour!

Our group - Gramma, Mom and Dad, and two six year olds - all had a blast! The captain of our boat was both knowledgeable and witty. We saw numerous sea turtles and a mantra ray. The kids still talk about it!

With small children, this was our way of "snorkeling." We were able to see a lot of turtles, sea cucumbers, fish, a sting ray and lovely coral. The downside - it lasted twenty minutes. I would have like to have gone longer. The crew was nice and overall I give the tour a four star rating.
